Verdant’s software seems to be a very comprehensive online program that will clearly help us record/track and report out as needed regarding ACM or other testing compliance. The ease of the system and quick learning curve is what was especially of interest as the mechanics already have enough software systems to manage we needed to make this easy to operate and easy to get the data out.

This will help organize and streamline our operations but more importantly provides us one electronic database to organize or regulatory paperwork.

A major factor in choosing Verdant was that we had to find an inexpensive way to port written records over to an online, accessible system and we accomplished this.

I realized how much time we were spending on trying to find old historical records and often could not readily produce a ACM Good Faith statement in our buildings. This will help organize and streamline our operations but more importantly provides us one electronic database to organize or regulatory paperwork.
